The making of Fascial Fusion...
Kerri-Anne created Fascial Fusion from her own journey of transformation, healing, and self-discovery. Through mindful Fascial Maneuvers and movement, she overcame 40 years of pain from a tractor accident, regained mobility, and released 30 years of addiction. These personal experiences inspired her to develop a method that empowers others to reconnect with their bodies, release what no longer serves them, and embody their highest, authentic selves.

Kerri-Anne began her professional journey as a mental health nurse and later transitioned into teaching. She is also a Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapist, Dancing Mindfulness Facilitator, Reiki Practitioner, and Fascial Maneuvers Coach. Her work combines these diverse modalities to create a holistic approach to mind-body-spirit transformation.

Fascial Fusion is Kerri-Anne’s signature approach, built on the principles of Fascial Maneuvers. It is a gentle yet powerful mindful movement practice that works with the body’s fascia — the connective tissue that holds muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments, and organs in place.
