Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. 2. 1:1 Sessions Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your session Changes made within 24 hours may result in the session being forfeited Refunds: No refunds are provided for completed sessions Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable 3. Workshops & Events Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event may be eligible for: A credit toward a future event, or A refund (minus any processing fees), at our discretion Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable Non-Attendance: Failure to attend a workshop or event will result in loss of payment 4. Online Programs & Courses Due to the immediate access to digital content: All program purchases are non-refundable No refunds for change of mind No refunds for lack of participation or completion 5. Payment Plans (if applicable) If you offer payment plans, include this: By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments Payments are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the program has commenced 6.
