Welcome to the Fascial Freedom Journey!
Fascia is our largest organ and goes through every cell, bone, muscle, ligamemt, blood vessels - it goes from the top of our head to our toes, from our bones to our skin.
Fascial maneuvers have been pioneered to help release and open our fascia layers which are often constricted leading to restrictions in movement and dis-ease in the body.
Trauma is also stored in the fascia and fascial maneuvers assist in releasing stored trauma.
